Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tapknov Credit Score Builder mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Tapknov, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tapknov. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

Tapknov is a credit score simulation and educational tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or credit repair services.

Tapknov is not a lender, credit bureau, bank, or financial institution.

Any score changes shown in the simulator are estimates for educational purposes only and do not guarantee actual credit score results.

3. No Credit Report Access

Tapknov does not access, retrieve, store, or modify your actual credit report data.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Plus”).

Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google’s payment terms.

You may cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

6. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements within the app. Plus subscribers do not see advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with Tapknov are the property of Tapknov and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tapknov is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapknov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
