To request deletion of your Tapknov account and associated data, please email:

support@tapknov.com

Include the email address associated with your Tapknov account.

Once we receive your request:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Associated account data will be deleted
• This process is completed within 7 business days

Please note:

• We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
• Tapknov does not store credit scores or financial account credentials on its servers

Tapknov is an educational credit score simulation tool. We are not a lender, bank, credit repair company, or financial advisor.
